George & Mary Merriweather : Senior PastorsPastor George and Mary Merriweather pioneered the Northeast Community Fellowship Foursquare Church in 1991, after having served on the Pastoral staff at the Portland Foursquare Church.

Pastor George is a Spirit-filled man of God and often flows in the gifts of the Holy Spirit as he ministers. Pastor George comes with a servant"s heart and is sensitive to the Holy Spirit as he rightly divides the Word of truth.
Pastor George attended Evangel University in Springfield, MO and is presently serving as division Superintendent and is a member of the Church Planting Team for the Mt. Hood District of Foursquare Churches under the leadership of Dr. Ted Roberts, East Hill Foursquare Church.
Pastor George has been ministering in the word for the past 28 years as a teacher, associate Pastor and Pastor of N.E.C.F. church for the past 16 years.
He and his wife Mary have been married for 21 years and have two children George Jr. and Ashley Nicole. He enjoys sports and is an avid Dallas Cowboy fan!
Northeast Community Fellowship is a growing Church. Pastor George really has a heart for the harvest and says, one of his greatest joys is "shepherding the flock of God".
Charles & Edna Kimmons
Charles is a native Oregonian and comes from a large family. He has a passion for the things of God, is a teacher and constant student of the Word of God and simply enjoys sharing it with others. Those closest to him describe him as being a very social, caring and giving person. He has served as an Ordained Elder and he & his wife have been members of NECF for over three years.
Pastor Kimmons shares his life with his wife Edna and their three children, Samuel, Jasmine and Chishayla. Sis. Edna is also a native Oregonian and comes from a large family; 10 brothers and sisters! She, too, has a passion for the things of God; teaching, learning about, and living the life of Christ. Sis. Edna gets fulfillment in ministering to women and young adults. Some of her most favorite things to do include, singing, dancing, reading and styling hair!
Charles & Naomi Finley
N. Charles and Naomi Finley, have been members of NECF since 1999, and part of the Pastoral Staff since 2001. They have been married for 31 years, have four children; Alethia, Charles, Levin & Jason; and four grandsons-Jeremy, Jamel, C. Jamel and Cassius.
Charles has been a bus driver with Tri-Met for 21 years and is looking forward to retiring so that he can lead short term missions trips and spend his hobbies of reading and detailing cars. One of the things Naomi enjoys is reading Frank Peretti books and shopping for unique handbags for herself and others.
Jolene has been a member of NECF since 1992 and she's a Notary. After 18 years of selling Auto Insurance, she assumed the Business Administrator position at NECF in 2001.
Her husband Jerry is the Worship Leader and they both oversee the Youth Department. They have two daughters, Jenelle & Natasha and one granddaughter Niyah.
Proverbs 3:5-6 was created just for her "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your Path."
Charles has been a member of NECF since 1991. He has been married to Lisa for 24 years and have 4 children; Nnamdi, Chenise, Shadae, and Kayla.
Charles has 29 years of service at Graphic Packaging plus 2 years as Facility Manager for NECF. He also serves as the Leader of the Usher Ministry and he loves to fish.
Jennifer Nevills, originally from Boston, Mass., has been a member of NECF for 4 years. On October 5, 2009, she assumed the “Executive Coordinator” position at NECF. Jennifer loves the Lord. “He is doing great things”. Isaiah 43:19
Jennifer has been serving in the Children’s Ministry for 3 years. Her husband, Mike serves on the Praise and Worship Team.
Jennifer started her own publishing company, after many trials of trying to get her work published. She is an author of Children’s books (which are a play on words) and her Poetry books (which are true life experiences and some fantasy) and is still going and growing. Jennifer also does Framed Poetry and provides a Copyright Service Preparation. Jennifer is a lover of animals and enjoys writing, working with children, talking with seniors, and lending an ear to those who are troubled.
Jennifer and Mike have been married for 17 years. They have 5 children and 12 grandchildren.
